Tim Miller ~ Rockley Studio

365 Sunsets in 2009

Tim Miller has painted professionally for more than 30 years. His work is based on and inspired by the landscapes where he lives and the surrounding areas. He paints largely in pastel and oil. Tim paints from life and from studies from life. He is a master of colour both in his artistic practice and in his theoretical understanding of colour and human perception.

Rockley Studio is Tim Miller's workplace. It is located in the historic Village of Rockley near Bathurst in the New South Wales Central Tablelands.

The Studio is open every Sunday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, offering a range of oils, pastels and other media for sale, the studio can also be opened by appointment. Tours are welcome to visit. For enquiries please contact Tim Miller.

Tim also runs regular workshops for beginners to advanced students.

It is Tim's intention to paint the sunset every evening thoughout 2009 - wherever he is, whatever he is doing, regardless of the weather or anything else.

At the end of each week the 7 previous day's paintings will be placed below here on Tim's homepage.
