TIM MILLER
Rockley Studio
Tim began building Rockley Studio, with mud bricks he made on site, during the summer of 1982. Its construction proceeded more or less continuously until 1996, when he decided it was "finished".The gardens surrounding the studio, begun in 1982, are still evolving.
Rockley Studio is located in the historic Village of Rockley, a small rural settlement in the centre of the triangle formed by Bathurst, Oberon and Blayney.
Nearby attractions include the Jenolan Caves, Abercrombie Caves, Clubhouse Hotel country pub and restaurant, trout fishing, wineries, country B&B, the Kowmung Music Festival, fossiking for gold & sapphires and a wide variety of cultural activities.Visitors are welcome to visit the studio which is open most Sundays and by appointment.
